Is my item already made?
No, everything is made by hand, from scratch when you place your order. We occasionally have items already made and waiting in our inventory but, not very often.
All 5J Custom Tack products are carefully made to provide optimum quality and durability. As you are aware, however, horses are powerful animals that can cause even the highest quality leather products and hardware to break. Your common sense and commitment to equine safety are vital to the well-being of both you and your horse. We have no control over how are products are used. We assume no liability for any expenses or injuries resulting from the use of our products.

Will I get my order right away?
Nope. Everything is made by hand, from scratch when you place your order. There's always a wait time on our orders. Our time out varies throughout the year. We can be anywhere from about 5 to about 10 weeks out at different times. We work really hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Cleaning Tips
Any type of leather goods with stones will often tend to get dust & dirt in between the stones. Also, crystals can get tiny pieces of dirt under them which can over time, scrape away the backing from the stone. A simple solution to cleaning is... use a can of pressurized air to blow out all of the dirt. Do this often. You can buy it from any discount store. It's cheap and it works great!!

We email you a copy of your design details before we begin making your order. You are responsible to make sure that all the order details are correct. This includes, all design choices, sizes, dates and addresses. Repair fees are charged when items need resizing. Resizing can not be done in instances where measurements are too far off.
